"The Fernando Lopez office in Salinas CA on Constitution blvd.
Yuri, has walked me through the most difficult times of navigating my policies. Yuri has always made me feel protected with any issues that has come up with handling my policies. Every time I leave that office on Constitution, I have felt like everything is going to be okay.
Yuri shows the importance of respecting the issues and the value of supporting people to solve the issues that come up with my coverage needed. You just don’t understand how important that is in today’s world and customer service support.
So thank you Yuri! As you know I have had to deal with quite a few issues through internet app issues and some issues that have been really frustrating to navigate to get resolved.
But every time, I’m relieved with the kind of customer service coming from them and definitely appreciate the support of the team there in Salinas the Fernando Lopez office. Great Job💯"
